Insurance Ireland Accelerated Leadership Programme Scholarship Application

In association with IFS Skillnet and ACE at UCC, Insurance Ireland are offering Scholarships on the Insurance Ireland Accelerated Leadership Programme to two members of Insurance Ireland Member Companies. The scholarships will include:

Free admission (valued €9700) on to the Insurance Ireland Accelerated Leadership Programme (IIALP) commencing on the 14th October 2020;

• €1,000 Expenses;
• Mentoring from Industry Thought Leaders;
• 6 Virtual Masterclasses,
• 6 one to one sessions with Insurance Ireland Board members,
• Personalised PDP sessions during the 18 months;
• Textbooks required for the IIALP; and
• 6 personalised Podcasts over the duration of the programme.

Who can enter?

Any Manager of an Insurance Ireland Member Company

How to submit an entry?

If you wish to enter, you are asked to ‘identify what you consider to be the critical issues facing the work environment from the 8 points below and how you think focusing on the leadership attributes can have a positive effect on leadership in the insurance industry post Covid 19?’

Entries must be submitted via email to natalie.moran@insuranceireland.eu by 11:59 pm on 21st September 2020. Entries will not be accepted after this time

Format

The essay must be no more than 750 words, is a reflective exercise, using critical thinking and does not have to adhere to academic writing.  The essay will be based on page three of the programme brochure , with a focus on the challenges and leadership attributes, as follows:
