How to apply to the Insurance Ireland Leadership Programme

This programme has been partly funded by IFS Skillnet to help reduce the cost for the student. IFS Skillnet is a national network of partner associations and companies operating in the international financial services industry in Ireland. Its aim is to support the IFS sector in maintaining Ireland’s position as a top international financial services centre, through ongoing investment in the development of the skills and expertise of this workforce. The fee for the IIALP is:
€6,790 for IFS Skillnet Member
€9,700 for Non-IFS Skillnet Member
All fees must be paid directly to IFS Skillnet.

Two scholarships are available for managers within Insurance Ireland member companies and the recipients will be selected by way of an essay competition. Applications are now open and entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on the September 21st 2020 via email to insert details.
If you wish to enter, you are asked to identify what you consider to be the critical issues facing the work environment and how you think focusing on the leadership attributes can have a positive effect on leadership in the insurance industry post Covid-19.
Entries must not exceed 750 words (excluding references, headings and title text). Only one entry is allowed per person and there is no entry fee for the competition.
